This includes downloaded samples and/or demos from any of my websites, social media accounts, emails, etc. My voice may not be used for any purpose beyond this scope. As a professional voice actor, I uphold the industry standards advocated by the National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA) to protect against unauthorized use and AI exploitation. My contracts include NAVA’s Synthetic Voice/Artificial Intelligence Rider, ensuring that my voice remains my intellectual property and cannot be repurposed without explicit, written consent.

Unauthorized sharing, distribution, or AI-related use of my voice is strictly prohibited. Any misuse will result in legal action to enforce these terms and protect my voice’s likeness. If you do not agree to these terms, you are required to delete all copies of these recordings immediately.

Xavier Evolved

Xavier began his professional journey as a DJ, performing at nightclubs and private events where he built a reputation for his unique presence and ability to engage audiences.

Though he still DJs occasionally, he has since channeled his people skills into broader pursuits. In 2008, he became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and by 2009, he had transitioned to academia as a university instructor.

He taught at major U.S. institutions, including Arizona State University and The Ohio State University, as well as universities in Japan, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia.

Now working full-time as the Salesforce Training Lead with Inspira Financial, Xavier continues to guide others by collaborating with subject matter experts and fostering growth within his team. Alongside his career, he occasionally books DJ gigs for weddings and special events, keeping his passion for music alive without pursuing it full-time.
